It began with a dream that we could brew full-flavored beer in the great state of Nebraska. In late 1990 that dream became our state’s first brewpub,
All of our beers are presented in the most natural state possible. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Uncompromised. No preservatives or animal products.innerContent('>
Better World WheatOur interpretation of Belgian Wheat ale. Pale and cloudy with a refreshing citrus sweetness and mild spice finish. Unlike "Wit" beer Better World contains no orange peel or coriander spice. Pair with grilled fish, creamy pasta dishes and hearty salads.

Chaco Canyon Honey GoldWe brew this easy-going golden ale with a bit of Nebraska honey for a unique, sweet-yet-dry character, balanced with a crisp hop finish. Pair with fried foods, Southwest cuisine and grilled chicken or fish.

Burning Skye Scottish Style Ale
Brewed in the tradition of Scotland\'s malty-sweet beers. Sweet and smooth with a wee hint of smoked character.
Brewed with American, English & German grown barley and American hops. Pair with grilled chicken, beef, BBQ or wild game.

LunaSea ESB
Extra Special Bitter is our homage to the best of English beers. Brewed with imported English malts for a bold, caramel-sweet, yet crisp ale. Pair with grilled steak, salmon, BBQ or wild game, and caramel desserts.

Third Stone Brown
A myth shattering ale that proves all dark beers don\'t have to be filling. Sweetly smooth with nutty hints of roasted caramel flavor. Pair with grilled beef or vegetables, Southwest cuisine and caramel desserts.

Dark Side Vanilla Porter
An infusion of an old-world beer style and contemporary soul. Smooth, dark and roasted with highlights of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Pair with Indian or Asian cuisine, beef, and chocolate or vanilla desserts.');
